Lombok is the largest island in the West Nusa Tenggara province archipelago with Mataram Lombok as the capital city. Lombok often becomes one of the dream destinations for tourists especially among foreign tourists. With an area of 4800 km, Lombok offers beach, mountain, marine, and other natural beauty.
Lombok Island has many interesting tourist charms, from nature, culture, to religious sites. There are small islands that surround the island of Lombok called Gili. There are 3 Gili which have become tourists’ favorites to visit and to have activities like snorkeling, diving, and fishing. They are Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Gili Meno. Besides those three Gilis, there are other Gilis in this archipelago that also hold beauty that you cannot miss. Other than that, you can see the famous amazing pink beach Lombok.
Lombok also has been a popular tourist destination especially when the Grand Prix Motorcycle Racing was held in Mandalika Lombok. This event in Mandalika has been a promotion for Lombok Indonesia in the world. Not far from the most populous island, Java Lombok does not need a long time to cross.
